Sliders are the perfect food to have out as part of your Super Bowl spread. There are so many delicious little sandwiches you can make – the possibilities are literally endless. I’ve gathered together 16 slider recipes you should try!

When I first started to hunt for slider ideas, I was surprised at all of the recipes I was finding. Flour on My Face‘s ‘Butterfly Shrimp Sliders’ got my attention right away – it’s like a little mini shrimp po’ boy. I’ve got the hot sauce ready for these!

The Seasoned Mom‘s ‘Tuna Melt Sliders’ is a recipe I’ve made more than once. I 100% recommend making these! I tweaked the recipe just a little, to fit what I had at home. I didn’t use pouches of tuna, instead I used two cans of tuna in water (drained). I used dill relish instead of sweet relish. And the only cheese I had on hand was a medium cheddar.

The onion glaze you make for the top is so good! It was the first time I used Worcestershire in a recipe and it inspired me to try it more often.

I can’t rave enough about these! Of course, you make them on Hawaiian rolls and they’re a total weakness of mine. But yeah – I’m not a fish person, but I found these tuna melt sliders delicious!

Today’s my birthday, actually…..so as tradition goes, I get to have whatever I want for my birthday dinner. I think I just might run to the store for some Hawaiian rolls and a Vidalia onion and make these tonight!
